When you pair an excellent contractor/applicator and very good products the outcome is a high level of satisfaction. Gene Ferrari is a first rate guy and skilled professional. His work is an extension of the value he places on working hard and working carefully. It is clear he knows log home maintenance, repair, and construction. In addition, he knows Perma-Chink products and their application. Gene not only made our home look great he also repaired needed areas on the porch and dormer. Gene was responsive to my questions and always kept me informed about his plans and progress. He even took extra measures to insure good product application when rain presented a problem.
