Shipping Policy

Perma-Chink Systems, Inc. will ship directly to your doorstep or jobsite. If you have further questions about our Shipping Policy, please call 1-800-548-1231.

Discounted Shipping Rates

As a high-volume shipper we receive preferential rates and pass that savings along to you. You pay what we pay without additional handling fees.

For LTL shipments, we will request a spot quote from the freight carrier to ensure the best rate.

Free Freight

We will offer free freight on any Retail order of 500lbs or more within the contiguous 48 U.S. states (excluding Glass Media, Blaster Buddy & Kodiak Chink Pump). Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. All orders of 500lbs or more will be shipped from Knoxville, TN. For faster delivery, regular shipping rates will apply. If you qualified for free shipping, your order may be delivered by a large delivery truck or ground, at our discretion, depending on the weight of your order (see below). If you received free freight for Customer Loyalty Program or Coupon Code and return the entire order, we reserve the right to charge the freight to and from your location, and any additional coupons used. If the order is refused on delivery we will charge freight to and from your location.

Delivery Time

The following is an estimate of delivery times. Once your order is shipped, its delivery is out of our control. Please plan you project accordingly.

Orders of in-stock items received before 12:00 PM PST will ship the same day.

Domestic U.S. orders shipped Ground or LTL Freight will arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on your proximity to Perma-Chink Systems store locations. In remote locations, delivery may be delayed 1-2 days.

Domestic orders shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air typically arrive as scheduled, but cannot be guaranteed.

If your order shipped by Ground, Air, or LTL Freight, does not arrive on time, notify us and we will track it for you. If you place your order online, you may also track it yourself with the tracking information provided in your Notice of Shipment e-mail.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii shipped by U.S. Postal Parcel post usually arrive in 5-10 business days and by U.S. Priority Air in 3-5 business days.

Delivery time varies greatly with International orders, but typically takes 1-4 weeks. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or Russia. (see dealer list)

All delivery times are estimated, and not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, its delivery is out of our control. Please plan accordingly.

Customers are requested to provide a valid e-mail address in order to get automatic shipping notices with tracking numbers and arrival times.

 

When You Receive Your Order

Check your order on arrival and notify us immediately of any shipping damage. If possible, take a photo of the damage and send it to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All merchandise ships in approved containers and heavy-duty boxes. Despite our best efforts, damage in shipping can occur.

Check to see that you have received all of your items. If the wrong item has been shipped or if your order is incomplete, notify us immediately. As part of our commitment to customer service, we double check every order before it ships, but despite our best efforts, errors do occur.

It is important that you notify us immediately of any problems with your order. Perma-Chink Systems, Inc. will only honor claims for damaged merchandise or shipping errors (wrong item shipped or short-shipment) for 14 days from date of receipt.

Shipment of Replacement Items

We realize that damaged products or shipping errors on our part can cause major delays in your project. To minimize the inconvenience, we will make every effort to replace the products in a timely manner. Usually, replacement products will be shipped the same day that we are notified by the same shipping method as the original order (orders originally shipped Ground will be replaced by Ground, 2nd Day Air by 2nd Day Air, etc.).

Lost Orders

We realize that a lost order can cause major delays in your project. To minimize the inconvenience, we will make every effort to track your order and replace it in a timely manner, if necessary. If a lost order somehow arrives after the replacement has been shipped, please refuse one or the other order and the carrier will return it to us.
