Time of construction 186 days.
Choice of Logs....Hand peeled, hand cut 15 inch Dead Standing White Pine from Northern Canada with many knots and character accents to create a more Rustic Appearance. This 4,000 square foot log home was designed by A. Jack Frost with a great deal of input from the owners.


The home features a 320 sq. ft. covered entry which opens to a foyer with a full view of the curved log staircase...the large stone fireplace and character log mantle.

The kitchen features slate floors, European style “Knotty Alder” cabinets and granite counter tops.

Jack has chosen to use Perma-Chink Systems products for all his interior and exterior treatments. Although Jack only does chinkless style log work, this customer chose to chink their home for the esthetic value of the look chinking adds.

Lifeline Ultra-2 stain with Lifeline Advance Gloss topcoat enhanced the beauty of log home exterior. Chinking and staining applications were done by Roman's Log Homes International 206-356-7662
