WORK-IN-PROGRESS: SUNLIGHT ESTATES

	This large custom log home designed by Alpine Log Home company will be reflecting a Colorado Mining Camp theme. The home is approximately 5600 sq.ft. of living space including a completely separate caretakers quarters. The construction started in February of 2002 by Tom Dyer Construction in Colorado (970) 245-2515.
Logs were stacked and treated with Shell-Guard, a log preservative against wood destroying insects.
Two coats of beautiful Lifeline Ultra "caramel" color were applied by Dehaven Enterprises (719-686-9746)

	After stain was applied, nice stone work was completed around the foundation area and the outdoor fireplace.
Perma-Chink medium grey color chinking is applied between logs to protect against bugs, water and air infiltration. Peters and Peters Log Chinking Company applied the chinking (970)856-8621.
